ttk99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ttk99 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm you have read and agree to all terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ttk99 platform — whether through a browser on an Android or iOS device, a desktop computer, or any other internet-enabled device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and ttk99 ("the Platform"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the ttk99 platform.
ttk99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated via a notice on the platform or via the registered email or mobile number associated with your account. Your continued use of the platform following any such notice constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to register and use the ttk99 platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must be a resident of or physically located within a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
- You must register using your own accurate personal information and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a ttk99 employee, where such participation may present a conflict of interest.
3. Account Registration and Security
Each player may hold only one registered account on ttk99. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, different names, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held. ttk99 uses automated and manual verification processes to identify duplicate accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You must not share your login credentials, OTP, or any account access information with any third party. ttk99 will never ask you to share your OTP or password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your legal name and valid Bangladesh mobile number.
- You must update your account details promptly if any information changes, particularly your registered mobile number.
- Accounts showing signs of bot activity, scripted betting, or automated play may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice.
- ttk99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of its KYC process. Failure to comply may result in account suspension.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
ttk99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Bangladesh mobile financial services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, as well as Upay and select international card networks where available. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed within the account interface and are subject to change.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where possible. ttk99 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method (e.g. a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account showing the registered mobile number) before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is outstanding or if the withdrawal triggers an anti-fraud review.
- All funds deposited must be your own funds. Depositing funds obtained through unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.
- ttk99 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party network fees charged by bKash, Nagad or other providers are outside ttk99's control.
- Chargebacks initiated through a third-party payment provider without first contacting ttk99 support may result in account suspension.
- ttk99 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Large or suspicious transactions may be subject to enhanced due diligence and reporting.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
ttk99 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms and conditions that are published at the time of the offer. Where these specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to the following general principles unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:
- Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated at the time of the offer.
- Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus funds and winnings derived from those bonus funds that are not withdrawn before the expiry date will be forfeited.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once using different accounts constitutes abuse.
- ttk99 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, system errors, or other circumstances that would make continuation of the promotion unfair or impractical.
6. Responsible Gaming
ttk99 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within the account settings. Players who feel that gambling is causing them harm are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools and to review the information on the ttk99 Responsible Gaming page.
ttk99 will not knowingly allow a player who has successfully completed a self-exclusion to re-register or to access the platform during the period of exclusion. Players aged under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the ttk99 platform, and ttk99 cooperates with parental control measures where applicable.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ttk99 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, exploits, collusion, or any other method that provides an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime.
- Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your registered account.
- Making any false, misleading, or fraudulent statements in connection with your account registration, identity verification, or payment processing.
- Using another person's payment method, mobile wallet, or bank account to fund your ttk99 account without that person's explicit knowledge and consent.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the ttk99 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, game content, and user interface design — is the property of ttk99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content from the ttk99 platform without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ttk99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — even if ttk99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ttk99's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.
ttk99 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, or circumstances beyond ttk99's control may affect availability. ttk99 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.
10. Suspension and Termination
ttk99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; (c) the player's account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players; or (d) the player has provided false information during registration or KYC verification. Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds in the account will be forfeited. Any verified real-money balance at the time of termination will be assessed and returned to the player at ttk99's discretion, net of any outstanding liabilities.
You may close your ttk99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. ttk99 is not obligated to hold balances in closed accounts indefinitely; unclaimed balances in dormant or closed accounts may be subject to an administrative fee after a period of twelve months of inactivity, as notified to the player.
11. Amendments to These Terms
ttk99 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ttk99 will provide notice via the platform or via the contact details registered to your account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ttk99 platform after any amendments constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept any amended terms, you must cease use of the platform and contact support to close your account.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your ttk99 account or any transaction, you should contact ttk99 customer support in the first instance at [email protected]. ttk99 will endeavour to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Players are encouraged to attempt resolution through ttk99's internal support process before pursuing any other remedy. ttk99 makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or available in any specific jurisdiction outside its operating territory.
